* Note: Tony Talmich is an example of what is capable using the TruTone™ electrolarynx. No other speech aid has the ability to sound this good. However, not every laryngectomee will be able to speak this well with a TruTone™ electrolarynx -- it requires manual dexterity and practice to achieve the intonation. Also, different patients have different issues with penetration, depending upon their individual anatomy and the medical treatment they have received.
