* Note: Tony Talmich is an example of what the TruTone™ electrolarynx is capable of. No other speech aid has the ability to sound this good. Not every laryngectomee is able to speak this well with a TruTone™ electrolarynx, however--it requires manual dexterity to achieve the intonation.
